i disgust myself.....yet I know It's actually doing good for my body.
I snack....like alll the time!!!
I snack on healthy stuff but still, I have no self control! I have no ambition to purge it either.
And caus I have a sore foot I can't even exercise. :(
I snack on cheerios, homemade energy bars, oat bread, and wheat bran flake cereal.
Try to stay positive!!
